Community Services

"…to achieve success in school, home and their community!"

Community Services
For over 10 years, the Community Services division of the NFWSC has brought critical social services to the tenants of its multi-family developments. Over the last few years, we have surveyed our tenants and conducted research to identify the best ways to serve tenants, ultimately leading to the creation of programs that address the specific needs and demographics of a given community. As a result, we have developed a model program to be replicated throughout all our affordable multi-family housing complexes - The Si Se Puede Learning Center, an on-site community center that operates after-school and summer programs for youth and teens residing on the property.

The Si Se Puede Learning Center Program

Mission Statement
The Si Se Puede Learning Center Program will offer youths, teens, and families the opportunities to empower themselves to learn, achieve, and grow. It is the commitment of the program to provide quality services that emphasize education, leadership, and life skill throughout every NFWSC affordable housing community.
