NATIONAL FARM WORKERS SERVICE CENTER, INC
Neighborhood Stabilization Program II
The National Farm Workers Service Center, Inc., a regional non-profit organization applying for $50 million in NSP funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
The funds will be used to acquire and rehabilitate multi-family units in Maricopa (AZ), Kern (CA), Fresno (CA), Tulare (CA), Bernalillo (NM) and Harris (TX) Counties to provide affordable housing for households earning 50 to 120% of Area Median Income or less. Several census tracts will be identified in each county that meet the high risk factors per HUD requirements.
The funding will be used to provide affordable rental housing for persons living in the counties identified in the application at rents that are affordable.
As the application narratives and exhibits are generated it will be posted.
